Listed below are our most important ‚terms and conditions‘. We keep them short and simple. For Mojid BV, terms and conditions are all about mutual trust and respect. When it comes to trust, you count on me, I count on you.

We believe that the terms and conditions are clear.
If you would like more information, do not hesitate to send us an email to info@mojidbands.com. Unless we are serving other clients (or I am taking the kids from school), Mojid is always available. We do not have a call center or a helpdesk. If you deal with Mojid, you deal with me.

Customer Service and returns

We try to do the right things, the right way. We take your order with top priority. Because of this approach, we have zero-tolerance for mistakes, but who is perfect? Wrong Mojid bands will be immediately replaced at no cost, if the mistake was on our side. Of course, you are responsible for the correct data on the metal tags. We only copy and laser-engrave what you provide us with. In the unlikely case we feel you made a small mistake or typo, we will contact you and verify.

Shopping Secure Payments

In terms of payment, we accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We use Mollie’s state of the art technology to keep your credit card information safe. The Mollie site is highly secure and uses industry-leading technology (such as SSL) to keep your information safe. Mollie automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to the Mollie site, our server checks that you’re using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher. Once your information reaches the Mollie site, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. Mollie’s servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers.

Warranty information

In this field, I may not have the best news for you. Indeed, our rubber silicone straps nor metal tags are covered for life. We just don’t really believe in lifetime guarantees. What we do believe in, is offering you the best products possible. We always seek to use the most advanced materials, technology and production methods. Our stainless steel plates are laser-engraved with European high-quality machines, probably the best in the market. Typically our Mojid bands take of lot of daily wear and tear, especially when used by kids or athletes. Take care of them. Shipping - Fast Delivery

We are based in Brussels, Belgium. We will ship your order as fast as we can and normally within 5 days of purchase (most of our products are customised). We trust the Belgian Post and its international partners – they’re fast and reliable. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Normal delivery time is 3-8 business days depending on how remote you live. We take no responsibility for local postal service strikes or other events impacting the delivery. If the delivery address is within Belgium, shipping costs (5EUR) will be added if total price is below 20EUR. When shipping outside of Belgium, a cost of 10EUR will be added.
